A Halloween Wreath
My Love dared me to not spend too much money this month since we kinda splurged on something fun for the entire family last month. I was bound and determined to try my best and cooperate. Remember the curb finds I picked up the other day? when I was supposed to be just taking pictures and passing bye?

I know, those grapevine wreaths really don't cost too much but might as well save a few bucks while I can so I can spend more or the fun stuff!
One of the wreaths had a garland of shells and leaves on it that were pretty faded and shabby so I tore them off (will save for later, they're still cute!)
I spray painted the entire thing with a dark grey color. Actually I used leftover truck bed black paint (shhh!!!-I am hoping My Love didn't need it anymore) with Rustoleum Hammered Bronze to finish it off.
I pulled a few items out of my halloween collection from previous years, borrowed some black and white ribbons from Butterfly's homecoming mum craft collection, and in just a few minutes finished the wreath. Easy-Peasy!!! I even got a thumbs up from my little crafty audience a.k.a. Buttercup and LadyBug. Awesome to this mom.
What a beautiful day outside, I think we will go to the park again. Here is a shot that Buttercup and I took yesterday...
Today I am linking up to the "Under $10 Under One Hour 2011" party over at 320 Sycamore.
