Pottery Barn Wannabe


I am a Pottery Barn on a Budget Wannabe. 
I have had this picture printed out for over a year as an idea on how to decorate our brown leather furniture.   I have looked at it from time to time to remind me of some things to look out for.Garage Sale Weekend  trips. 
  I really love the pineapple garden finial (My Love hated it) and at the whopping price of $150, well let’s say I’ll pass.   So imagine my suprise to find this one for only $5  and one of my
I gave it a quick coat of bronze spray paint and now he is semi-ready for his reveal in Debbiedoos Magazine Copy Cat Challenge.

Not too bad for a beginner.  Okay, so time got away from me to prepare for the challenge but I don’t think it looks too far off.  Be sure and check out the other entries at Debbiedoos Magazine Copy Cat Challenge.  There are some pretty neat copycat ideas out there!

    Love your pineapple. I have leather furniture, too, and am always trying to make it look like Pottery Barn. I walk around all the time with one of their catalogs in my hand, trying to make my living room look like theirs. :))

  3. The copycat challenge was my first but I will definitely visit again in the future even if I don't participate. I love my leather furniture but always tweaking it to try to make it look "warm" Thanks for stopping by!
