Curbside Current Events {Homeless Man Returns Engagement Ring}

5

Every so often I run across a neat story about people locating priceless or sentimental discarded items and returning them without a blink!   It reminds me of a few months ago when I left my purse in a fast food restaurant an hour North of us and I didn’t realize it until I was back at home.  I called the restaurant in a panic and was shocked to find out that not only was the purse returned but it still had all of my belongings in it including my wallet, credit cards, check book and $200 cash!  After I beat myself up for doing such a foolish thing, it did remind me that

There are still Good and Honest people in this world!

Following is one of those neat current event stories that I have to share…enjoy:

    Thanks for sharing. We need these reminders sometimes that people are still good!

    I wanted to share a funny moment with you. I found my second ever CURB ALERT πŸ™‚ The perfect plain ol coffee table I had been looking for to turn into an ottoman! My boyfriend must have looked over my shoulder while I read my blogs as he high fived me and said "Curb alert" πŸ™‚
