Pork Chop Recipe

As promised in my last post, here is our family’s
Pork Chop Recipe
My mother in law sent this recipe home with my kiddos one weekend because they love it over at her house.

I think I can finally do it justice (I’ve been a slow learner) but that’s because I am a bit cooking-challenged.

They are truly very simple to make!
Pork Chops
Bread Crumbs
Olive Oil
Wash the pork chops in water and then put into bread crumbs seasoned with garlic and pepper.  Brown on one side in oil on medium to high heat.  Turn over, turn down heat, and cook through depending on the thickness of the chops.
That’s it!  So simple and ready in about 15 minutes.  I told you it was easy, if I can do it then anyone can.
Our family loves them dipped in Applesauce…yum!
  Now go forth and cook!
P.S.  Just for giggles, check out one of my older posts where I made a little fun out of pork chops!  Gotta liven it up a little with these cooking skills.

When I tried bread crumbs, the crumbs got rather soggy. HOw do you get yours so crisp? Higher oven temperature, maybe?
