I am in love with my outdoor benches- some I have purchased and some I have found.
This is a cute little kiddie bench that I purchased three years ago for $25 at our local grocery store. It came in a kit so I had to put it together, but that was easy. It is the perfect size for our little ones.
The wood is still in pretty good shape, just a little faded from the sun.
Since I loved the outcome of the outdoor garden bench that I refinished last week, I decided to use the rest of my Restore-A-Finish on the kiddie bench as well. We are having a luau party next weekend and I just need something temporarily to spruce up the wood. I would go ahead and stain it if I had time but the clock is running out, so this will do for now.
Here are some before shots.
It’s so cute with little animals on the back. Keep in mind it sits only about three feet tall so doesn’t take much to spruce it up.
And here it is fifteen minutes later. Much better!
And now ready for the party, Sunny-D and all!
Later I will share with you about another bench I found a few weeks ago.
Happy Treasure Hunting!
